Hello! I’m Tyra, Founder, CEO and your new Executive Virtual Assistant. I created The Posh Organization with you in mind.
Here’s the scoop: You can do anything, but you shouldn’t be doing everything in your business. Especially if you want to have a quality of life and if you ever expect to grow and scale. You should be operating in your zone of genius, performing monetizing activities, and doing the expert-level work that you actually enjoy. So…who am I, and what puts me in position to serve?
I have been affectionately called the linchpin to numerous successful six and seven figure earning female-owned businesses. I am also a self-proclaimed Queen of everything Posh, administrative and advertising enthusiast, and professional organizer.
Not to mention, I am a corporate drop out with more than 19 years of experience supporting C-level business executives in a range of industries. My passion is helping female CEOs rediscover what they love most about their businesses. Again, I welcome you to The Posh Life.

Our Process
When we partner, your business goals become our goals. Your success is a reflection of our support. We are relationship builders. That’s what sets us apart.
Step 1
Click the button to schedule a 1:1 Discovery Consultation Call. Complete our client intake form, and fulfill the invoice in order to schedule your 30-minute call. Our consultations are not free. We are seeking CEOs who are serious about their business and ready to take action.
Note: The consultation fee will be credited back to you on your first month subscription, should you decided to move forward with our services. Serious inquires only!
Step 2
During our consultation call we will discuss your business, the challenges you are currently facing, our solution-driven services, and how you can retain them. After our consultation call, you will receive a thank you email. We respect your time and thank you for considering us. The email will include some of the important details of our discussion and how to move forward.
Step 3
You will receive a proposal for services within 24 to 48 hours after our consult detailing the packaged service options available to you and based on your needs as discussed. Should you accept, (and we know you will!) you will be taken to our contract where you can electronically sign.
Step 4
Next comes the invoice! Fulfillment is due prior to services rendered. Finally, you’ll receive your official welcome, onboarding details, and digital package. Services begin. Value added. Zone of genius here you come!
